  2. Rapid City's Tim Boron Named Warrior CHL Goaltender of the Month

    The Central Hockey League announced on Wednesday that Rapid City Rush netminder Tim Boron has been named the Warrior Central Hockey League Goaltender of the Month for March/2013.&nbsp; Boron helped the Rush to a 7-2-2 record in March, leading the team to a 4<sup>th</sup>-place finish for home ice advantage in the opening round.&nbsp; Boron will receive a special gift courtesy of Warrior and the Central Hockey League to recognize his accomplishment.&nbsp; The Rush kick off their 2013 Presidents&rsquo; Cup playoff run this weekend versus the Missouri Mavericks.&nbsp; Tickets for the Friday and Saturday games are available by calling 716-7825 or online at <a href="http://gotmine.com" target="_blank">gotmine.com</a>.

  3. Rush Conclude Regular Season & Keep First Round Home Ice Hopes Alive In 2-1 Shootout Victory

    The Rapid City Rush closed out their 2012-13 with a Saturday night tilt against the rival Denver Cutthroats at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. The Rush won their seventh-straight shootout decision and reached thirty-five wins for the fourth consecutive season with a 2-1 triumph. Rapid City maintains their 4th-place standing, securing a first-round playoff meeting with the Missouri Mavericks. The Mavs conclude their regular season tomorrow, which will decide which team has home-ice advantage for the series. Rapid City&rsquo;s opening-round schedule will be released in the coming days.

  4. Cutthroats Earn Thrilling 6-5 Overtime Victory Against Rush

  6. Rapid City Rush Faithful Defend Title of `Best Fans in CHL's Annual `Best of the Best' Poll

    <span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;">On Friday, the Central Hockey League released its annual &lsquo;Best of the Best&rsquo; poll, as voted on by CHL players, coaches and operational staff from each CHL team (each club submitted one ballot).&nbsp; The poll consists of 50 categories that cover all aspects of the league including on-ice performance, in-game entertainment as well as top venues, concessions, websites, etc.&nbsp; For the second consecutive year, and third time in four seasons, the Rapid City Rush were recognized as having the &lsquo;Best Fans&rsquo; in the CHL.&nbsp; In all, the Rush made the list in fifteen different categories, ranking #1 on five different occasions.</span>
