Only one (1) prize will be awarded per family and/or household during each specific contest.

You may only win one (1) prize every thirty (30) days per station.

New Rushmore Radio, Inc. reserves the right to extend the thirty (30) day rule to the length of specific contest.

Prizes are non-transferable, no substitutions are permitted.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes in conjunction with any prize won on New Rushmore Radio, Inc. stations, any and all federal, state, and local tax laws apply to contests.  Winners may be required to complete a W-9 for tax purposes.

Prizes are offered as is with no written or express warranty.

Winners may be required to sign a release form agreeing to release and hold harmless New Rushmore Radio, Inc., Schurz Communications, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, sponsors, partners, agents, assigns and affiliated companies from attorney's fee, as a result of participation in the contest and/or use of the prize.

Any additional costs related to prize that incurred as a result of accepting a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

Contest winners must be 18 years or older.  New Rushmore Radio, Inc. reserves the right to change the age limit for specific contests.

New Rushmore Radio, Inc. is not responsible for delivery of prize to winner.

New Rushmore Radio, Inc. may not be held responsible for any technical or mail difficulties.  For example: phones that result in a potential winner being disconnected on studio lines, or mail lost by the post office.

Employees of Schurz Communications, Inc., New Rushmore Radio, Inc., its clients or associated agencies, vendors and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

Void where prohibited.

Calling New Rushmore Radio, Inc. or entering any contest on the stations' web sites constitutes prior permission to use your name, character, photograph, voice and likeness in connection with promotion of any and all contests on New Rushmore Radio, Inc. and waives any claim or royalty, right or remuneration for such use.

The resale or auction of New Rushmore Radio, Inc. complimentary prizes or tickets will result in the disqualification for all future New Rushmore Radio, Inc. contests.

All decisions of New Rushmore Radio, Inc. are final.

If movie screening passes are won, arrive early.  Advance screening passes are distributed in excess of capacity and does not guarantee admission and/or seating.

Many prizes given away on New Rushmore Radio, Inc. are courtesy of station advertiser, and concert promoters.  New Rushmore Radio, Inc. will not be responsible for prizes that become unavailable due to unforseen circumstances beyond our control, such as show cancellations.

New Rushmore Radio, Inc. cannot replace lost or stolen prizes.

Prizes involving foreign travel can only be awarded to persons with a valid U.S. passport.
