STURGIS, S.D. – A judge this week delayed the sentencing of a Hells Angel member, convicted of aggravated assault following a stabbing incident at last year’s motorcycle rally.
Mark Duclos was found guilty in late January after a 2-day trial.
Duclos was to be sentenced on Tuesday, but instead will be sentenced at the same time as George Caruso, another member of the Hells Angel’s found guilty of simple assault in connection with the stabbing.
The stabbing took place outside the Hells Angel’s motorcycle club during the rally. The incident sent a member of the Mongols Motorcycle Club to the hospital.
Both men will be sentenced on March 5, at 10:45 a.m., in Meade County Court.
Duclos faces up to 15 years in prison.
