RAPID CITY, S.D. - The Hereford sale brought in nearly $85,000 Wednesday at the Black Hills Stock Show.
The top selling Hereford sold for $8,000. The bull, ERNST 286M DOMINO 016, was consigned by Ernst Herefords. The next two top selling bulls sold for $6,500 and $6,250 respectively.
The only Hereford heifer in the sale ring sold for $5,250. SM CALAMITY JANE 126ET was consigned by Muller Cattle Company.
